Founded in 1996 by Prophetess Yonette Atkins, Daughters of Zion is a faith-based, non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and their families through spiritual growth, mental and physical wellness, and community upliftment.
Over the years, DOZ has hosted impactful retreats and conferences across the Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados, St Maarten, and Guyana. In 2025, we are honoured to reintroduce the retreat to Guyana, especially in the town of New Amsterdam, with a series of powerful gatherings, wellness workshops, and significant community interactions.
As part of our commitment to health equity and holistic care, we will host a Medical Outreach on Friday, July 25, 2025 at the upper floor of Metro Office & Computer Supplies, located at the corner of Main Street and Theatre Alley, New Amsterdam, Berbice, Guyana.
